Common reasons to email

• Order status / tracking. Quote your order reference (from the confirmation email).
• I need it for a specific date. Email beforeordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
• Address change. Let us know within 24 hours of ordering. After that the parcel may already be packed and labelled.
• Photo advice.Send us a photo before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll mosaic well.
• Missing or damaged bricks.Send the colour ID and we'll post replacements free of charge, usually within 5 working days.
• Return an unopened kit. Within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (return postage at your cost).
• Wholesale or retail enquiries. We have a small wholesale programme for gift shops. Get in touch.
