Real verified customer reviews land here as kits arrive on walls. We don't buy reviews, we don't write reviews, and we don't hand-pick the good ones — every verified order can rate us, and every rating shows up here.

In the meantime, the algorithm running the preview on the create page is the same algorithm we ship: what you see is what arrives. That's our review, the only one we can stand behind right now.

How reviews will work here.

Verified-purchase only. We use a third-party review platform (Trustpilot or Reviews.io). Only customers we've actually shipped to can post.

No cherry-picking. The widget shows every verified review, 5-star and 1-star. We can't hide bad ones even if we wanted to.

We respond to every one. Good or bad. Especially bad — that's how we get better.
